Oni GNU/Linux is a small flavour of GNU/Linux intended to be used for small/embedded network routers, firwalls and servers in generall.
Minimum requirements for Oni GNU/Linux:

Why do I need this particular distribution, what makes it different?
Oni GNU/Linux is made for systems with slow/old hardware to use them as a router/firewall
appliance. It boots from a harddrive, a cf card or an usb memory stick. The complete system
runs in a ram disk, so no noise of a spinnging harddrive or waste of wirte cycles on flash
memory. You can run a complete silent router/firewall that got a nice and secure web
adminstration interface, too!
Have as much fun using this system, as it was to develop it.
